Before you contact me...

1. Make sure you read everything in my T.O.S before contacting me for commissions.
2. My Twitter inbox often doesn't tell me when I receive DMs sometimes, so feel free to contact me through my discord/discord server if I don't respond through Twitter.
3. Please be concise and direct about what you'd like when you commission me. I may not respond if you beat around the bush.

TERMS OF SERVICE

★ By commissioning me, you agree to the following:

1. I have the rights to publish your model/commission on social media for social media and portfolio purposes.
2. Unless mentioned, I have the rights to stream the process of making the art on Twitch.
3. I reserve the right to not accept commissions I do not feel comfortable in doing.
4. All commissions are non refundable, unless I haven't started it yet.
5. You are strictly not allowed to trace, modify or copy my art without permission.
6. Live2D models may take up to 1 to 3 months, so please inform me if you have a deadline you wish to meet.
Emotes will take 5 days to 2 weeks at most & Illustrations will take 1 to 2 months.
7. Please credit me on sites where you use the model, such as Twitch, Twitter and ect.I do not allow any of my artwork (whether personal or commercial) to be used in any blockchain-related technology, like NFTs, AI, cryptocurrency, or any similar inventions in the future.
No AI training or usage can be done with my art.

PAYMENT

1. Full payment must be made once the sketch is done, otherwise I will not continue your commission.
2. Full refunds will only be given if I haven't started on the commission yet. Half refunds will only be given if I am only in the sketch phase.
3. You only get two sketch revisions for free, any further revisions will cost $10 USD extra unless it is something minimal. Maximum 6 revisions in total.
4. All prices are in USD
5. I will only take payment through Paypal.
6. Finished works will be sent using either Discord or Google Drive.
